Task assistant
Right at the end of April, Google released its only update this month, and a fairly interesting one: the task assistant.
You open it with a button at the bottom of the left-hand menu:
The number shows right away how many potential tasks are waiting for you.
You can think of the assistant as an automated Google Analytics setup checklist.
Each task comes with a link to instructions or a how-to video.
I think it may be useful for smaller websites that don't have a dedicated analyst, because anyone with a bit more experience won't find anything interesting there.
